7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of pressurised gas products:
❌ Opened or used helium cylinders are non-returnable and non-refundable
Returns are only accepted if:
- The item is unused
- The seal is intact
- The product is returned in its original packaging
Any approved returns must be arranged by contacting us before sending goods back.
8. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
- We are not liable for injury, damage, or loss arising from the misuse of products
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence where prohibited by law.
